There are hundreds of ways to make money online. Posting on forums, other people's blogs and your own blog are just three of those ways.
Post on forums
It has been shown that people don't want to post on forums unless there are already posts. Those posts need to be recent as well. You've probably gone to what you thought might be an interesting discussion board and then decided not to participate because the posts were all old or there weren't very many of them. New forum owners pay people to post comments, start threads, and respond to other threads in an effort to get some forum action going. As the forum grows, the level of posting increases until paid posts aren't necessary.
Forum owners make money in several ways. One of those ways is through revenues generated by pay per click advertising. If they don't have traffic and participants, the ads won't get clicked and they won't make money.
Forum topics have a huge variety. There's probably a forum for just about any subject. Usually a paid poster has to have at least some knowledge of the subject to post relevant comments. There can be a minimum word count for the posts. Posts of "I agree," "Me too," and "Thanks for the info," are too short and don't add anything to the discussion, so forum owners don't want to pay for them. Posting on forums doesn't pay a lot, perhaps as little as 10 posts for a dollar. Find the jobs on Internet marketing related discussion boards and websites.
Post on blogs
You can be paid to post comments on blogs much the same way you can be paid to post on forums. A new blog looks lonely without any comments. If no one else has commented visitors are hesitant to comment as well. Pretty much the same criteria applies, the posts can't be too short and have to be relevant to the subject matter. Some blog owners allow a link to be placed in a paid post and others don't.
You can search for offers of 5 posts for a dollar. If each post takes a minute you would have to work a little over 8 hours to make $100.
Post on your own blog
If you have a blog that gets a bit of traffic, has been around for at least 60 days, and has from 20 to 30 posts on it, there are sites which will pay you to post a short blog about a product or company. Usually the blog has to be positive about the product or company and be at least 200 to 250 words long and have a link to the product. The payment runs from $5.00 to $10.00. If you plan on earning any significant amount of money it's best to set up a network of 5 to 10 blogs. Most sites that pay for blog posts prefer that not every post be paid for and they also limit the number of blog posts you can make in one day.
Posting your way to dollars is one of the ways to make money online.
